We invest in companies that meet the following criteria:
  • Annual turnover of between £10m and £100m
  • Total deal size between £10m and £50m
  • An equity requirement of between £5m and £20m
  • An exceptional management team
In management buyouts, we back experienced managers with a track record and a desire for continued success. We also support buy-ins, provided there is significant involvement from incumbent managers.
